Investing amenities
Radom declares its readiness to support investments through amenities for companies which want to invest in our region. These include:
Perspective plans for city development related to the special economic zone existing within Radom and areas prepared by the commune for investment purposes.
Investors starting operations in Radom may apply for reliefs and preferences under public support regulations applicable in Poland. This support may reach up to 60% of the investment value.
Depending on the number of jobs created, businessmen may expect exemptions from real-property tax. The exemption period varies depending on the number of jobs created from 1 year to 5 years.
An investor may apply to use de minimis aid whose maximum amount is EUR 200,000. It shall remain in force till 31st December 2013.
The city makes every endeavour to include all the areas designed for investment purposes into the current zoning plan.
